If the generated
output of Y2M is missing the Fan Art background then you can
make your own if you have a copy of the Movie in HD format
a) Open VLC and go
to Tools ----> 'Preferences' and set the Video Snapshot folder
to any folder that you like. For sake of this guide we called it
'covers' Also set the image format to PNG

|
|
3 |
a) Open the video
file in VLC and 'Pause' the video at the scene you want to use
as a backdrop
b) Select the
'Snapshot' button and VLC will save the scene as a PNG image to
the folder that you selected in '2'
c) If the source
video is 1920 x 1080 then the image must be resized to 1280 x
720 in a image program

a) Open the YAMJ
Jukebox and sort the files by 'type' and then look for the
image with the same name as the movie file. It should look
something like this 'Freerunner_2011_large.png' . Use this name
and just add '_fanart' at the end. Now rename the snapshot image
that VLC saved to this name ie
'Freerunner_2011_large_fanart.png'
b) Copy the renamed
images ie 'Freerunner_2011_large_fanart.png' to the YAMJ
Jukebox.

|
|
5 |
a) Look for the
Movie XML file in the JAMJ Jukebox folder ie in this case
'Freerunner_2011.xml' and open it in XML Notepad
b) Locate the tag
'fanartFile' and it will have the word 'UNKNOWN' in the text
input area. Now rename this text to the name of the new image ie
'Freerunner_2011_large_fanart.png' .
c) Select 'Save'
 |
|
6 |
a) Open Y2M and
select the movie on the left pane and the backdrop image you
just make should now be in the final image.
